L.-39 25-0032 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Hope Reimagined, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional three (3) months of unchanged Tier 2 and Tier 3 mental health support services to individual students and groups, as described in Exhibit A of the Initial Agreement, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00, and extending the Agreement term from August 12, 2024 through February 28, 2025 to May 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
