M.-8 24-2981 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Petaluma, CA, to cover additional construction work performed that was not reflected in the construction drawings which includes approval of PCO's 1 through 10, in the not-to-exceed amount of $72,307.84, increasing the Agreement price from $15,985,750.00 to $16,058,032.84, for the Claremont Middle School Multi-Purpose Room & Kitchen Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
