M.-7 24-2968 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement for Maintenance by and between the District and Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for installation of additional FA/IA devices, perform additional work in the converted classrooms for the Interim housing Phase 1, and install fix signages for the converted spaces in the building, which includes approval for PCOs 1 through 4, for the Coliseum College Preparatory Academy Interim Housing Project, in the amount of $26,062.47, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $58,293.00 to $84,355.47. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
