M.-4 24-2895 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, by and between the District and Bay Construction, Inc., Oakland, CA, crediting a deductive Change Order and for an additional four pretest and inspection site visits to complete the project for the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the deductive amount of -$6,500.00, decreasing the Agreement (with Bay Construction) not to exceed amount from $1,122,055.40 to $1,115,555.40, and extending the term of the Agreement by an additional 778 calendar days, from March 26, 2022, through February 13, 2023 to March 31, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
