L.-61 24-3110 Approval by the Board of Education of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between the District and California State University East Bay (CSUEB), Hayward, CA, through the MOU, for each to offer areas of cooperation to include academic and support services offered by both institutions to carry out the development and implementation of students Guaranteed Admissions Program to California State University, and through the DSA, defining the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data under the SA with CSUEB and the protection by CSUEB of such data, as enumerated therein, via High School Linked Learning Office, each Agreement, for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2028, at no cost to the District.
