L.-54 24-3069 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement Professional Learning Communities (PLC) composed of 4 PLCs to provide 50 expanded learning TK/K staff with the needed support and the best/promising practices, culturally appropriate strategies for Oakland TK/K students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 8, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $109,250.00.
