L.-21 24-2943 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Football Officials Association (EBFOA), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide officials for all of middle and high school football and flag football games, allowing students to play at a competitive level while staying within the rules of the game; and to continue an evaluation program policy and criteria for certification of all officials during the length of this contract, via Oakland Athletic League, for the period of November 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
