Zalinski Inspection/Construction Services, Newman, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services for the oversight of Under Armour Gym Projects at Oakland Technical High School, McClymonds High School, Madison Park Academy, Roosevelt Middle School, and Montera Middle School, in the lump-sum of $45,000.00, with the work scheduled to commence on November 18, 2024, and schedule to last until June 30, 2025.
