L.-10 24-2783 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 6, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide a new set of fire alarm drawings to meet OUSD standards for the District's fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems, consult with Facilities and Buildings and Grounds Alarm Shop, as further described in Exhibit A of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $64,550.00, increasing the Agreement's not to exceed amount from $222,545.00 to $287,045.00, for the unchanged term of April 11, 2024 through April 10, 2029. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
