L.-5 24-3048 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Restroom Alert, LLC, Fleming Island, FL, for the latter to provide a 24/7 Restroom Management System Subscription (Restroom Alert PRO Plan) for monitoring approved, current, and outfitted Rooms/Areas; provide full color custom signage for all approved and outfitted restrooms (includes artwork layout, two coded signs per restroom, and additional mini-barcode signs as needed); 24/7 client phone and email support services; and all necessary training for pertinent OUSD staff using the RestroomAlert service, via the Custodial Services Department, for the period, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $116,535.85.
