U.-3 24-1943 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Farallon Consulting, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform a Data Gap Investigation under existing Task 1 and new Tasks 4, 5, and 6 as follows: • Task 1: Project Management and Communications; • Task 4: Maxwell Campus Data Gap Investigation; • Task 5: Data Gap Investigation Report; and • Task 6: Phase I ESA Report Update, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Melrose Leadership Academy at Maxwell Park Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $28,581.00, with the work scheduled to commence on September 12, 2024, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
