T.-93 24-2273 Approval by the Board of Education of a License Agreement by and between the City of Oakland and the District, permitting the latter to operate and perform improvements on the area (land parcel) owned by the City of Oakland located at 10315 E Street, Oakland, CA 94621, as delineated in agreement, for a term of term of twelve (12) months, with options for up to two (2) one-year extensions with either party being able to terminate the Agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.
