T.-43 24-1986 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Design For Equity LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide one on one and group professional development and coaching with Network 4 Principals from 7 schools integrating antiracist leadership practices with their SPSA and Community, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Office of Equity, for the period of September 2, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $60,600.00.
