T.-12 24-2011 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and TMI Consulting, Inc. Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional and quality care ergonomic services and education for employees to help reduce or prevent injuries in the workplace, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Risk Management Department, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
