U.-6 24-1880 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide geotechnical engineering and observation services, adding additional compensation to the project with an extended anticipated completion date, as described in the proposal dated June 4, 2024, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $57,480.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $21,460.00 to $78,940.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from November 30, 2023 through May 30, 2024 to September 30, 2024, (an additional 123 days), for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Site Improvements Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
