U.-5 24-1879 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide concrete sampling and petrographic analysis and observation services for the Kaiser Elementary School Outdoor Living Environment Project, in an additional amount of $7,297.00, increasing the total not-to-exceed contract priceamount of Agreement from $26,700.80 to $33,997.80, and extending the expiration term of the Agreement from December 31, 2023June 30, 2022 through June 30, 2024December 31, 2023, to August 30, 2024, (an additional 61 days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
