T.-32 24-1902 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (MOUEP) by and between District and Lozano Smith, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide more of the same (legal) services to the District on an as needed basis, in an additional amount of $70,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount from $500,000 to $570,000 for 2023-2024 Fiscal Year (only) and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the MOUEP remain in full force and effect.
