T.-6 24-1734 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and B SAFE Playground Inspection Services, Inc., Sunland, CA, for the latter to provide inspection and testing services which consist of performing impact testing and inspection for playground structure, as described in the June 7, 2024 proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Melrose Leadership Academy Sherman Campus Site Improvements Project, in a lump sum amount of $2,700.00, with work scheduled to commence on August 15, 2024, and scheduled to last until September 30, 2024.
