T.-125 24-1857 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between the District and Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, for the latter to provide more of the same legal services to the District for charter school matters and other legal services on an as needed basis, extending the term from term July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025 with no change to the not to exceed amount. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
