T.-19 24-1725 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 4, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Bay Construction, Inc., Oakland, CA, for additional construction services which includes PCO's 6,8,9,10,13,15,16,17,18,19 & 21, for the project to be closed, for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the amount of $24,966.60, increasing the contract price from $1,298,626.38 to 1,323,592.98. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
