T.-18 24-1759 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide continuous surveillance of fire detection systems and burglar alarm monitoring, more specifically detailed in the proposal dated April 30, 2024, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Fire and Burglar Monitoring Project in the not to exceed amount of $106,300.00, with work commenced on June 1, 2024, and is scheduled to last until April 31, 2025, due to the previous provider's inability to continue services, necessitating a new vendor.
