T.-17 24-1746 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 11-month intrusion alarm warranty testing, which covers retesting 100% of the new intrusion alarm system for corrections or modifications for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Fire & Intrusion Alarm Project, in an additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the not-to-exceed contract price from $88,690.00 to $93,690.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 3, 2023 through April 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
