T.-12 24-0998 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy ("MOUEP") and Data Sharing Agreement by and between District and Liebert Cassidy Whitmore Law Firm, for the latter to provide more of the same services to the District in the areas of defense of Government Code claims and civil litigation; general legal advice and counsel as requested by the Legal Department on an as needed basis, in an additional amount of $130,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $85,000.00 to $215,000.00 per fiscal year, with increased rates effective July 1, 2024; and extending the term of the Agreements from October 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the MOUEP remain in full force and effect.
