U.-6 24-0953 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide engineering design services for the District's fire alarm, intrusion alarm, and fire sprinkler systems for the Fremont Modernization Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, & Sprinkler Systems Engineering Services Project, in the additional amount of $26,600.00 increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $92,870.00 to $119,470.00, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
