T.-62 24-1016 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund literacy interventions, school and community events, and professional development to improve student outcomes; issue stipends to support the following: monthly professional development focused on Project Based Learning and the pillars of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics (STEAM), extended contracts for monthly teacher intervention, monthly school events, family workshops, 1:1 weekly student support, and literacy resources as needed at Markham Elementary School, for the period of September 4, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $38,262.02.
