T.-28 24-0918 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Tierra Knight, San Leandro, CA, for the latter facilitate girls' groups, hold in-house discipline, coordinating lunchtime activities, and assisting teachers with individual student behavior and classroom management, in the additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the Agreement from $53,013.45 to $78,013.45, and extending the Agreement term from September 15, 2023 through June 1, 2024 to June 25, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
