T.-1 24-0913 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Bay Construction, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services which includes PCO 20 - addition of a new elevator power shunt trip function to the fire alarm system - for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the not to exceed amount of $24,646.43, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,273,979.95 to $1,298,626.38. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
