U.-3 24-0584 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, by and between the District and Deco Tech Systems, Walnut Creek, CA, for additional software services deemed necessary to improve the user experience, software experience, and a server upgrade, more specifically described in PCO 1, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Castlemont High School Security Improvement Project, in the additional amount of $8,375.50, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $323,000.00 to $331,387.50. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
