U.-1 24-0349 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection (KCI), Inc., Oakland, CA., for the latter to continue to provide DSA (Department of State Architecture) Inspector of Record Services until the project is completed, for the Melrose Leadership Academy at Maxwell Park Living Schoolyard Project, in an additional amount of $18,270.40, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $88,920.00 to $107,190.40, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 23, 2022 through December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
