T.-8 24-0348 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to partner with an OUSD classroom teacher to provide over 100 hours of Creative Youth Development during the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 school year, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instruction Department, for the period of January 1, 2024 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $11,900.00.
