U.-7 24-0173 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide HAZMAT material testing consulting, as described in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $39,458.10, which includes a contingency fee of $3,587.10 for additional services, with the work scheduled to commence on February 15, 2024, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
