U.-6 24-0161 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Alameda CA, for the latter to provide environmental services, which consist of the following Tasks: Asbestos and Lead Survey, PCP Sampling and Report, Work Plan, Construction Phase and Closeout, as described in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $44,214.50, with the work scheduled to commence on February 15, 2024, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
