U.-3 24-0130 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide Inspector of Record Services needed for Division of Architect (DSA) Certified Project Inspector (IOR) Services, for the Kaiser Child Development Center (CDC) Outdoor Learning Environment Project, in the not-to-exceed additional amount of $106,180.00, which includes an $8,180.00 contingency for additional services, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $36,960.00 to $143,140.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from January 26, 2023 through December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
