T.-35 24-0228 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement organized recess games and physical activity sessions, for upper grade students five days a week; in interactive cooperative activities that will include conflict management, safety, inclusion, responsibility and fair play; and provide additional support at recess while leading safe organized games at Oakland Academy of Knowledge, for the period of January 9, 2024 through February 29, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
