T.-2 24-0134 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to continue to provide fire and intrusion alarm design and construction administration services for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Fire & Intrusion Alarm Project, in an additional amount of $8,500.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $80,190.00 to $88,690.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 3, 2021 through November 9, 2023 to April 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
