U.-5 23-2801 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, extending the term of the Agreement from October 27, 2022 through November 10, 2023 to December 30, 2027, an additional 1,511 calendar days, in the additional amount of $61,162.40, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $76,598.50 to $137,760.90. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
