U.-4 23-2789 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and HERTZ Environmental, Inc., San Francisco, CA, extending the term of Agreement from March 24, 2022 through December 31, 2023 to June 28, 2024, an additional 180 calendar days, for the latter to continue to provide closeout of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the Claremont Middle School Multipurpose Room and Kitchen Project, in the additional amount of $7,150.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $23,500.00 to $30,650.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
