T.-120 24-0018 Approval by the Board of Education of a Service Agreement (SA) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and the University of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to through the SA to provide its Upward Bound Project advisors to assist OUSD staff to support students in postsecondary planning; view-only access to Aeries and other student data enables advisors to provide more effective services to students, as described in Exhibit A of the SA, incorporated herein by reference as through fully set forth, at no cost to the District, for the period of July 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with the University of San Francisco and the protection by the University of San Francisco, of such data, for the same term as SA, via the High School Linked Learning Department.
