T.-119 24-0013 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Lead Liberated, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support with leadership coaching, with two (2) components, each with its own set of outcomes, designed to support the Alumni Principal and a member of their ILT to identify and interrupt racism in their personal leadership and collective practices, by key activities and timeline, stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Hoover Elementary School, for the period of September 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00.
