T.-6 23-2852 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services for the fire alarm design project and to verify compliance with the California Building and Fire Codes (CBC and CFC) and District design standards, participate in meetings and witness testing of the fire and intrusion alarm systems for the Child Care Services Medical Therapy Unit at Santa Fe Campus in the not-to-exceed amount of $33,880.00 which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $3,080.00 for Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence on January 25, 2024, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
