K.-72 23-2608 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Sandis Civil Engineers Surveyors and Planners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide site surveying services which includes preparation of topographic survey, and mechanical locating services for subsurface utilities, as further described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $49,335.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $4,485.00 contingency for Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence on December 14, 2023, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
