K.-22 23-2660 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Higher Ground Neighborhood Development Corp, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide In-Class Support, Gender Specific Behavioral Skill Building Group Rehabilitation, General Supervision, as describe in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for students at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of August 7, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
