K.-21 23-2656 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Contract for Services (Contract No. PS-CHI-2324-225) by and between First 5 Alameda County, Alameda, CA, and the District, with the latter accepting an additional $7,062,377.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract from $4,829,782.00, to $11,892,159.00 (Section 1 of Amendment), in Oakland Children's Initiative - Measure AA funding, and as further stated in Sections 2 through 5 and Exhibit A1 - Revised Program Description and Requirements, of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024, via the Early Childhood Education Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract, except as stated in Amendment No. 1, remain in full force and effect.
