E.-126 23-2538 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Cantare Con Vivo, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide music instruction focusing on music fundamentals in a sequential curriculum that supports language development and social studies; promoting community and teamwork, more specifically described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at La Escuelita Elementary School, for the period of September 5, 2023 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
