E.-123 23-2532 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Elevate Oakland, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 300 hours of teaching artist to implement special new projects that will continue to strengthen the quality of the District's music programs and support the artistic growth of students in East Oakland; develop an articulated vocal music program from elementary through high school; manage the development and implementation of the East Oakland Vocal Music Project; provide a vocal music curriculum; provide teaching artists to work with District teachers to provide vocal music enrichment experiences to students in participating schools; produce a culminating performance at Castlemont High School, via Academics and Instruction Department, for the period of October 16, 2023 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
