E.-102 23-2504 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Mentoring Medicine & Science, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to work with Oakland Athletic League (OAL) by providing training services to OUSD students and staff including CPR/AED, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid. In addition to CPR/First Aid training, contract with EMTs to provide basic medical services for OAL sporting events ensuring a medically responsive safety, via Oakland Athletic League (OAL), for the period of November 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $36,624.00.
