E.-85 23-2445 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and JHH Education Consulting, LLC, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 160 hours of consulting services to support the finalized application for a Clear Administrative Services Credential Program (CASC), as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Talent / Human Resources Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $24,800.00.
