E.-84 23-2443 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide creative movement, physical activity and/or music instruction during after school programming at Lockwood STEAM Elementary and Street Academy for up to 20 students per class at a minimum of 1 hour per class for up to two times per week during after school programming as well as a post program wrap-up meeting with the Expanded Learning Office before end of term, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 9, 2023 through May 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $38,313.00.
