E.-81 23-2439 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement - 2023-2024 - No-Cost by and between the District and Nexplore LLC, Miami, FL, for the latter to provide concurrent enrichment programming services at District school sites and with OUSD agency partners; provide qualified staff, experience, curriculum, learning materials, and industry knowledge to deliver high-volume, quality after-school, in-school, and summer enrichment services at multiple sites simultaneously; provide experience serving students across various geographic, socioeconomic, racially diverse and marginalized communities supporting District's enrichment goals. via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, at no cost to the District.
