E.-77 23-2006 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2324-0007 - Approving Amendment No. 01, Contract No. CCTR-3012, by and between District and California Department of Education, for the latter accepting funding for General Child Care and Development Program, Project No. 01-6125-00-3, operated by the Early Childhood Education Department, increasing the Maximum Reimbursement Amount (MRA) from $4,127,761.00 to $4,150,730.00, for the period July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
